# Сообщения

В этом разделе вы видите все сообщения с любых мессенджеров и ваших чат-ботов. Также вы можете отвечать на сообщения клиентов.

Для этого нужно написать сообщение в поле “Отправить сообщение” и нажать стрелочку.

Сообщение уйдет в диалог клиента и чат-бота в любом мессенджере.

Примечание: Когда через бота начинает писать менеджер (человек), то бот приостанавливается на 15 минут. По истечении этого времени, бот снова начинает реагировать на команды пользователя. Время настраивается👇
