# CRM
*CRM* (*Customer Relationship Management*) — это система, помогающая контролировать все каналы коммуникаций с клиентами и автоматизировать продажи.
На нашей платформе есть своя внутренняя CRM система. Выглядит она так:
1. Это первый этап воронки, в который попадают все пользователи, зашедшие в бота.
2. Нажав на значок шестеренки (настройки), вы сможете отредактировать этот этап и добавить новые.
3. Вы можете нажать на + и добавить новые этапы.
Изменить цвет (1), удалить (2), изменить название (3), передвинуть этап (4), сохранить (5), добавит этап (6).
